Mould setter
If you enjoy working on machines, work as a mould setter is a challenging job.
Our mould setters exchange moulds on the various machines on a daily basis in order to ready them for making different products. After a breaking-in period on the day-shift, you are trained as a mould setter and can be assigned to any of the three shifts. Your work includes setting up the mould on the machine and adjusting the mould so the machines can produce the products.
Production employee
Working in three shifts, you and your co-workers are responsible for optimal production from the machinery. The products have to be packaged and/or transported to the appropriate buffer area. Obviously you keep a close eye on quality.
Assistant shift leader
Along with the shift leader, you are responsible for the production, which occurs in three shifts. You ensure that the work is divided correctly among the production employees, lend a helping hand where necessary, and share in the responsibility for optimal production. With your technical knowledge, you are capable of correcting minor problems and you learn how to configure the machines.
